We're back everybody. Just got back from Wizard World Chicago last weekend, and we are coming back with issue 2 live and in color! We had a great showing up there and want to thank all new readers for picking us up. Now we're turning around and gearing up for Metrocon and Comic-con. Can't wait. Travis is working on some orginal artwork for our booth banners. This will be the first glimpse of our primary villians, so come check us out out at the conventions. Hope to hear from everyone on the forums, and if you need a copy of issue 2, please email or pm Sean on the forums.

OK, I lied last time I said that I would update the website regularly. I, Sean, failed at my responsiblity. I'm sorry. Now that's out of the way, some big news is here. First we have to welcome a new member to the staff, Liezl Buenaventura. She is from Manilla, Phillipines, and she is our new colorist. She has amazing style and talent, and I'll be posting some of her art on the forum. Second big piece of information, Wizard World Chicago is right around the corner (June 26-29). We can't wait to be back for Codename: Power's second visit and Sean's first to the Windy City. And, for the icing, Issue two will be in color and live in time for Chicago! Thanks to everyone for sticking with us, we're only gonna gain steam and momentum from here. Transform and roll out!

Welcome back for another installment from the Codename: Power crew. Well not the whole crew, as Travis has left it my capable hands (Mu-wah-hah-hah-hahh!!). Anyway, Travis should beginning issue three pencils this week. I'm going to start fixing all the little things with issue two lettering. I also want to thank the rest of the Codename: Power staff this week. You guys have been coming up with some great feedback and ideas. Kudos. Moving on, guys keep up with good work on the forum and keep reading. Sha-zam!

Hello again, loyal minions. First, happy Zombie Jesus Day (Easter to the rest of us). Second, Travis has started on the first of the new pinups, but we're still looking for more suggestions. Sean will officially begin final draft of issue three this week, so leave any feedback from issue one and two on the forum. He'll be sure to ignore it (kidding). Other than that, not much on the front this week. Well, enjoy undead saviors and chocolate bunnies, peace.

So it's Sunday, and we're back with another updat for you. First, comic related, Travis and Sean have started rescripting and tweaking issue 3 and tweaaking issue 2. Thanks everyone for the feedback on issue 2. It does help to hear from our fans. Second, to all comic dealers, if you are interseted in carrying our fine piece of literature, just give us an e-mail with your contact information and we will get back to you in a timely fashion. We really appricate your support. Third, Travis needs everyones help coming up with pin-up ideas. Head over to forum and post your ideas on the pin-up thread. The more ideas we get, the more likely what you sak for will get drawn. And if your idea gets chosen, you will get a copy of the print, FREE! And lastly, the crew is going to start raising money to begin designing and contruction of Amy's armor as a cosplay.

So we're back from an amazing Megacon showing. Thank you everyone for helping and supporting us at the con. We had a very successful podcast with the guys from Comic Timing. Travis did many amazing sketches and Sean sold the hell out of the book. We have quite a few new fans (you guys rock!) We are taking the rest of the week off to decompress and we'll be back on Sunday. You guys keep checking the forum, 'cause thier are new people to talk to. Peace out mofos.

MEGACON! Its here! And Codename: Power will be there also! We're (mostly Sean) back to updating the website regularly. Issue two is still being penciled. Travis is working as fast as he can to have something to show at Megacon. Were going to try and raise the money to ink and print issue 2 there. In other notes, facism is abound as Sean finally has joined the workforce again (yeah Sean!) So go check out the forum and keep on keepin' on.

Rough week for the art deparment. Lots of insignificant, trivial stuff (like work) came up for Travis, but he is pulling through for you, drawing like a madman. He is crying and bleeding over this book. Go Travis! Meanwhile, Sean is eating a burrito. Travis is currently catching up on the sleep he lost at work (down with the man!), so in the meantime we going to be working on the myspace and forum. We're hoping to make them look a lot nicer.

Well, funny thing this week. The creative team for Codename: Power has had a conference about the release date for Issue Two, and this is what we came back with. We are very excited that our fan base is really pushing for issue two, but unless any of you fans can produce some serious green, we're going as fast as Travis's hands can fly. We get it, you like the book, but we're only human (maybe not Sean). All kidding aside, the only date we can promise is Megacon. We are going to push for sooner, but only if you children behave. Go over to the forum, Sean going to talk about the casting for the Codename: Power movie. Tell your friends, and watch out for flying monkeys.

Travis is now working on the pencils for Issue two. Patience friends; it is a time consuming process, a lot like Sean typing anything. We have the MySpace profiles done for all of the Knights. If you want to friend them head over to the MySpace for Codename: Power(check the links); they're on the friends list. Amy has already sent out some friend requests, so keep an eye out. On the Forum front, we have extended the contest till Halloween, so get over there and get voting! Tell your friends and watch out for zombies.

We survived the launch of the website, Halo 3 Launch, Travis making 40 with his shaman, and a small zombie outbreak. Issue Two is now written and in production. We're going to attempt to keep the website updated (Sean is learning to use a computer) on a weekly basis now. Issue Two through Six are written, so its smooth sailing for Sean till Issue Seven. Go post on the forum and tell your friends about the best damn comic ever!

We are diligently working on content for the site and the book. We have a myspace up, myspace.com/codenamepower. Check us out there, too. We'll have announcements and art up there and here. We're working on the upcoming issues to continue the storyarc, The Swarm, and will let you know how progress is coming on that. For now, enjoy what we have here.
